Evaluating At-Home Workout Machines?

I’m sure all of you have seen at least one commercial for a home workout machine that attaches to your doorway. Iron Gym, Randy Couture Workout, etc, etc…, but what I want to know is, Do They Work?
They all claim that they’re easy to set up and give visible results in a week. But wouldn’t they tear the hell out of your doorway? And are they durable? What I mean by that is does each and every product last at least two years? If a workout machine promises to deliver outstanding results and it breaks while a 170 lb. guy does his first chin-up of the day, then it’s crap.

In short, are the “easy to use” workout machines durable, and do they work?

of course they work
its weight
lifting any weight will work

and they say results in a week
will you get results in a week
suure..
very little
dont expect to look like the guys on tv in a week
