Is this a good combo? And cute winter outfits?

It’s starting to get a bit cold where I am. But I’m planning to wear the following outfit on Monday when it’s going to be high 60 degrees, and low 28 degrees.

- Navy blue with white polka-dots, with two [somewhat] ruffled pockets, from Abercrombie
- Navy blue Regal Juicy Couture hoodie
- Tank top tucked in skirt..? (not sure about top right now)
- Tights or leggings
- Tall, chocolate classic UGGs

And what are some other cute, casual, winter outfits I could wear?
I like original, chic, vintage, cute & comfortable. Mostly original.
