Juicy Couture Tracksuit Offers

bought INAUTHENTIC juicy couture outfit from ebay listed as size s but when recvd all tags say xs. What to do?

So I bought a Juicy tracksuit from ebay (seller has just admitted to me it’s not authentic!!!) In her listing she stated size petite or xs but I just recvd it today & all the tags say it’s size small.
Seller said if I send it back she’ll refund minus postage! Since this falsely advertised to u really think this is fair? I should get a full refund since I wouldn’t have even bought it if I knew it was really size s. also she admitted to me just now it’s not a real juicy couture outfit – it’s fake! Since it’s illegal to sell fakes should I try to get a full refund without bothering to send it back?

I have opened a not as described paypal dispute today. Seller has just refered it to a claim & is now offering a half a refund.

So i was just wondering if this is really fair or should I reallly be getting a full refund since it claims to be juicy couture but it’s a fake anyway? Seller even admitted to it!!!

Thanks in advance!

Sometimes paypal will take their money out of their bank account and give it to you if the seller doesn’t ship the item in a timely manner. I am not sure what they will do in this case, but you should try to contact this Juicy company and tell them about someone selling counterfits on Ebay and maybe that might help. They might even reward you for telling them by sending you a real one. Also you could file a police report. They should give you the full amount back including postage if they advertised it wrong. Fight it through paypal and don’t give in for half a refund, but I don’t think you can keep the item either if you get the refund and I don’t think you will get the refund until you ship it back (with a tracking number to protect yourself).

Do leave them negative feedback on Ebay and then when they reply (if they do), then leave follow-up feedback (because they limit how many letters you can use each time). To post follow up feedback, you have to go to the main Ebay links page and look under where feedback is and follow up feedback is.

You can also open up a square trade dispute. They tend to be pro-seller though, so prepare for a fight. And they can’t force anyone to do anything. Only do the free dispute, don’t spend money on a negotiator.
