Hey I’m 13 so I’m guessing your friend is obviously turning 13 too? I think you should get her something really cute she can use for a long time like maybe a kors michael kors party bag. Or a coach bag. You can also get her a juicy couture charm bracelet, or a pair of tory burch flip flops. They arent very expensive.
