juicy couture ring bling bag?
i have a juicy couture ring bling daydreamer bag. behind the ring, there’s an embroidered flower. it looks like this bag, but it’s not exactly the same:

anyways, the ring rubs the embroidery on the bag and pulls out the strings. all the strings are connected, so they don’t get completely disconnected, but they do get pulled away from the bag if that makes sense. it creates loops of string that are pretty big. is there anyway to fix this?
if not, do you think i would be able to return a bag? i’ve never tried to return anything to juicy couture before because all their products have been great. but this one seems to have a design flaw that’s really no fault of my own.
