What is juicy couture’s return policy?
I got a really cute locket (necklace) from juicy couture, but then i realized that i do not even really wear necklaces. so i was wondering if i could get cash back, or is it only store credit?

If you still have the packaging, they should give you a refund. If you paid cash, they will give you cash. If you used a gift card, they will give you a gift card…

If for any reason you are not satisfied, [Juicy] will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. [Juicy] cannot accept returns after 60 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
Store Purchases
Any merchandise purchased in store should be returned for a refund at the store where it was purchased.
