My juicy couture headphone charm broke what should I do?
I just got this charm for christmas from my parents. I was shopping yesterday and noticed it was getting caught on things but didn’t think of taking the bracelet off. This morning I noticed the ear piece had come off of one side. It was a fairly expensive charm and I don’t want to have to re-buy another one. I still have the box it came in and it was ordered online. Would it be wrong to return it saying I got it as a birthday present and it came to me this way?
Well, yeah, but if you just got it, there should be no reason for it to break so soon unless you were rough with it. I’d tell your parents that it broke and see if it can be exchanged.
