How can you tell a REAL Juicy Couture purse from a FAKE?
I purchased a purse off of Ebay and it will be my second Juicy (the first one was a gift and I didnt purchase it) and I was wondering if someone could tell me if it was FOR SURE real?? I bought it for only $59.00 and there was only one bid – seems odd? Ive read so many horror stories about buying fake purses. Theres only one picture (I have emailed seller requesting more) and I cant seem to find ANY other purse on ebay like this. (there are other fairytale juicys in daydreamer but none like this) And Im a little worried. Can anyone else help me?? I collect Juicy bags and to be quite honest with you, I have never seen a bag like that before. I know that Juicy Couture will make bags specifically for their outlet stores so there could be a slim chance it is a Juicy Couture Outlet bag and never made available for their full retail stores and authorized stores. Yes, the price does seem quite OFF to me. A real Juicy bag would go for more than that. Also the seller never stated the bag was 100% authentic. Honest sellers would do that automatically. Another note: Terry and velour JC bags NEVER come with dust bags. NEVER. Only their leather bags come with dust covers.
I know of some sites that can help you weed out the fakes from the real thing if you want a JC bag from eBay. However, I would go to a JC outlet if you need to find one lower than retail price and of course authentic. Just let me know and I’ll provide that information to you in a separate email.
p.s. The fake/counterfeit JC bags I have seen in person, ALWAYS smell like pee and the leather is PLEATHER (fake leather to resemble leather).
