Is my Juicy Couture ring repairable? 10 points!?

I ordered a Juicy Couture ring from eBay.co.uk, which was supposed to be ‘new’. However, it’s tarnished and there’s slight damage to it. I’m not impressed, considering the seller is top-rated and put the item’s status as ‘new, undamaged, with tags’. Here’s a picture of the ring in question (this is not the seller I ordered from, but it was the only pic I could find of my ring – this pic is what it’s supposed to look like):

As you can see it has a little gold-plated crown. However my crown is missing a few of the little beads. My ring is also very tarnished and I want to clean it but I don’t want to knock any of the little gemstones out. The ring is made of metal. Is there any way I can do this? Also, is there anyway I can fix the beads?

I wouldn’t repair it at all. I would leave them negative feedback for selling you an item that they said was brand new but really wasn’t and is damaged. You should get your refund and a brand new one sent out by the seller.
