Good gift for a friend whom is picky? No gift certs please!?

OK- she is very fashionable.
Hates to cook
Not really big into foods or eating out.
Has a small child- so have to watch with brakeable house things.
Has a small house- so can’t buy huge things.
Love fashion and clothing but is super picky
Love jewerly but again super picky.

I got her perfume and a kate spade crystal bowl which she loves but now I am at a lost for what to buy her?

She is a biz woman and wears makeup everyday….
My other friend got her mac makeup so she is set there.

Would a Juicy Couture track suit be to causal?
My budget is 100-200 dollars any suggestions?
No spas in her area- she out in the middle of no where in PA.
