I need a LIGHT AND NOT OVERLY SWEET perfume. I love vanilla, but not the really strong kinds if you know what I mean. Just a warm light vanilla scent (NOTvanilla cupcake/icing!). I want something that’s similar to juicy couture’s first perfume. Scents I prefer: watermelon, mandarin, pink passionfruit, green apple, vanilla, white florals, caramel creme brulee,Which of the following reminds you of JC?

I have smelled all of these and own 3. Here is my take on the Holiday Traditions scents:

Winter Candy Apple; addicted to it! It is definitely a juicy, crisp apple scent that has a warm tone of caramel. The best thing is that you don’t smell like food.

Vanilla Bean Noel; the only vanilla I will wear. I find most straight up vanillas too sweet. I love VBN because it is a soft vanilla that doesn’t smell like extract, if that makes sense? The best way I can describe this scent is that it is a soft, subtle vanilla that has a powdery scent to it. You won’t smell like baby powder at all and you won’t smell like a cupcake either.

Vanilla Fig; this is a nice scent, more mature smelling in my opinion. You can smell light vanilla with a fruity note. At first I didn’t care for it, but now I am really liking it.

Yuletide Pear; I don’t have this one. I smelled it once and for me it was too sweet. There was something in it that I didn’t care for. I was hoping for a more pronounced marshmallow/vanilla smell, but all I could detect was pear.

Here are some others I have that I found to smell yummy and not over the top sweet:

Ginger Vanilla; Mmm… this is a nice and light gingerbread scent. I love it because I don’t smell like a cookie. Instead, it is warm and comforting.

Sensual Amber; this is one of my favourites. If you only use the lotion and mist, it won’t be too sweet. On me, it smells like vanilla and praline, but the amber and fruit notes add mystery to it.

Twilight Woods; had to throw this out there… my favourite! You can smell the vanilla, coconut, and berry in this one. The floral notes are subtle which makes it smell beautiful.

Cherry Blossom; this is a very soft and light fruity floral. I describe it as a cute scent. You can smell the floral, but the fruit adds a bit of sweetness.

Sweet Pea; another fruity floral, but sweeter than the Cherry Blossom. This is my favourite scent for the summer. Once on the skin, the sweetness fades. I love it.

Classics Country Apple; if you order online or if they have it during their SAS, try this!!! It smells like you are walking through an apple orchard.
