Can I still send bracelet back to the seller on ebay?
I bought a Juicy Couture bracelet on ebay last week for my girlfriend. It arrived 2 days ago. But the clasp always got loose and the bracelet would fall off. Then today a piece of the clasp broke off so it was impossible to put the bracelet on. Then I saw a review of fake Juicy Couture items on ebay. I’m 70% sure it’s a fake. Can I still send it back? It had a 7 day return policy.
if it has the policy still on it, then yes.
but you need to get on with it, before it expires
