Where can i find this leather/suede cord online?
i was going to try and make something like this myself but i can’t find the right cord. it needs to be flat-like and leather on one side and suede-like on the other i think.

Except for the actual suede, most leather has one smooth side (the grain side) and the flesh side, which is very similar to suede. You need to find some leather strips for braiding.
There may be other places as well, but Tandy caters to hobbyists who work with leathercraft.
