A Beautiful Prom Couple
Everyone wants to look beautiful at the prom night. Don’t think it’s only the girls. Boys want to shine as well! They might not have the knowledge to create their perfect look so they need girls’ help. How to choose perfect prom outfits for both you and your man so you will look stunning together? Maybe it’s time to try elegant clothes from a couture collection for a unique prom look?
The dress is the most important part of our look. So we have to choose it carefully.Every girl dreams of wearing one of the couture prom dresses from couture fashion designer but don’t worry if you can’t afford it, there are other ways to have a dress of your dreams. If you know how your outfit should look like and have the idea about it you can always order it and have it made. This is a bit more expensive but guarantees that the dress will fit you well. The style and the colour of the dress are up to us, but let me give you some tips. Generally it should be a long, elegant ball dress. You can have a different length but make sure it is not too long because it will disturb you and not too short because prom is not a disco. Decorations on the dress like ruffles or frills shouldn’t be too aggressive and should be combined with the color of your dress. The brighter the dress the less ornaments it needs. Besides an ‘over decorated’ dress makes your figure look much worse no matter how good it is in reality. The colour of the dress should fit your eyes, hair and skin.
What about the man’s outfit then? It has to be a suit or tails. Tails are more elegant but not every man agrees to wear them. Whatever your partner chooses it doesn’t have to be black. You could help him pick a colour that goes well with the colour of your dress. If he is a traditionalist and wants his suit or tails to be black then try to help him find a shirt that suits your outfit. When the shirt is chosen find a tie that goes well with the shirt. The tie can’t be too patterned; it can’t be too dark either. It would be the best if it was just plain – darker if the shirt is bright and brighter if the shirt is dark. You can try to fit the tie to your dress as well. Don’t try to wear the same colours! They should be similar or simply look nice together.
Now it’s time to say a word or two about the shoes. You have to focus on this as well – the shoes are very important for both of you. If you are much taller than your partner you should wear shoes with flat soles or very low heels. The man can wear bit higher heels as well. No matter what, make sure the shoes you are both going to wear are comfortable. If you are planning to become the queen and the king of the prom you will have to dance a lot!
