is Xtreme couture in toronto good?
i’ve been looking online at gyms and this 1 seems the best, not because it randy’s gym but because of all the martial arts you can train in, the space, and the unique thing is that theres a gym and cardio room (treadmills and such)
i need to know if it’s worth going to because i live 30-45 minutes away, can some that’s been training or is still training tell me
(yes i know i posted similar things like this but no one answered me so im hoping to get an answer this time)
Extreme Couture from what I have heard is like Macdonald’s. Its a franchise, Toronto BJJ is the place to train. I train there it is awesome. Toronto BJJ has an amazing team of instructors and the people are all nice, there not a tough guy gym the like everyone.
