A brand new me in three weeks?
I’m a 24 yr old female. I want a total makeover so I look great by memorial day. But I can’t spend any money at all.
I need:
to be skinny. I have mushy abs. I exercise but it’s not working. I want to have bikini model abs. And legs with a little space between them.
I need:
great outfits but my clothes are boring basic items
I need:
great skin mine has blackheads is flaky and dull
I can’t spend any money on this at all. no facials. no new clothes. no trainer. I don’t have much time every day either. And I’m not dumb enough to believe that sewing on 99 cent ribbon or wearing jewelry makes clearence rack clothes look like haute couture. I’m just not that stupid.
I don’t have friends who can help me with this either
I know I can’t get new clothes for nothing. I’m just saying I cna’t run out and buy a designer wardrobe or any wardrobe right now
Honestly, for weight loss, the best you can do is exercise. My friend does one of those dance-aerobic videos she got from an infomercial (you can probably find some great workouts from iTunes for free, or on YouTube) and she lost 20 lbs in just three weeks. She, too, had a lot of trouble losing weight, especially because while she only wore about a size 10/12 jeans, she has a DDD chest. She also cut out carbs and only drinks water.
To get your skin in better shape, you can make a few masques at home that will help brighten up your skin. Try masques with oatmeal, honey, almond, olive oil, banana, and egg.

She has a lot of great skincare tips. You can find some awesome videos on YouTube for homemade skincare.
Tea works well, too, because it’s chalk full of anti-oxidants.
Tea can give your hair a makeover, as well. All you need to do is boil the tea and let it cool to room temperature. Then, step into the shower and shampoo your hair. Rinse, and pour the tea onto your hair and work it through really well for about 5 minutes. Let it sit for as long as you want, the rinse. The tea will add just a little bit of colour to your hair (yellow teas will add a golden tone to your hair, black teas will add a red/brown tint to your hair). It will make your hair appear shiny and healthier, too.
As for making over your wardrobe WITHOUT buying anything new, unless you’re willing to look up a few DIY tips (like cutting and sewing your shirts), there’s nothing you can do. If you can, maybe sell a few pieces on eBay and see if you can make some money to buy a few new shirts or accessories to make your outfits pop.
