What the heckeroo does “i shop only couture” mean?
Does it mean you only buy dresses made for you? I heard it on desperate house wives and flavor of love charm school. would it be a noun or a adjective?

couture isn’t even what it used to be or is supossed to be.
what couture really is, is custom high-end clothing. with exceptional fabrics, materials, design, and trim, etc…
just cause its gucci or prada does not make something couture. and anyone who says that they only shop couture is an idiot.
